Breeder agrees to the following:

1. A record of Vaccinations will be issued with kitten to buyer at time of sale/shipment.
2. Should any unknown genetic problem arise within a one(1) year period, the cat
will be replaced with a kitten of the breeder’s choice, but of equal value of the kitten originally purchased as soon as possible. If no kitten is available, for whatever reason at that time, the breeder has up to a one (1) year period to replace kitten. No cash refunds.

Buyer agrees to the following:
1. Buyer agrees to spay/neuter said kitten by the age of eight (8) months.(Only if sold as pet quality) Buyer will provide proof to seller, as being done. Your Vet’s letterhead, stating procedure that was done is sufficient.
2. The buyer will receive the registration papers after proving the kitten has been
Spayed/neutered.
There have been reports of Bengals dying with the use of the anesthesia, Ketamine. Isoflourine has proved to be a much safer anesthesia. Please discuss this with your vet.
 

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

All our kittens are vet checked before leaving this cattery. A vet exam is required during the guarantee period of three (3) business days. It is also advised that your cat/kitten be quarantined for at least ten (10) days from all other cats. Upon proof from a licensed Veterinarian, the breeder will be notified immediately, within 24 hours, if the cat/kitten is found to be of Unsound Health within the guarantee period of three (3) days. Upon return of the cat/kitten, it will be replaced with another kitten of equal value or a cash refund will be given. “Unsound health” shall be defined as any condition which is “life threatening or incurable” and shall not include curable conditions of infections such as colds, diarrhea, viruses, bacterial infections or skin rashes.  Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be destroyed prior to notifying the breeder. This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. If a cat dies within the guarantee period, breeder will make compensation only if a licensed Vet pathologist provides a necropsy report signifying the cause of death is due to a congenital defect. (A Vet letter is not sufficient certification).We are not responsible for any veterinarian fee’s.  We can't be held liable for any scratches and/or bites that could occur from your kitten.

We cannot warranty against FIP once a kitten leaves our care.

We are not responsible for any injuries or loss once shipped due to fault of Airlines.  Please file complaints with the Airlines.

WARRANTY void if FIP/FELV Vaccines are given:

We do not recommend vaccinating this cat/kitten with the FIP or FELV vaccines at this time. These vaccines are not proven safe or effective FOR THIS BREED. In particular, the FIP vaccine is not safe. Reference: Feline Infectious Diseases, Chapter 7, page Fifty-four, (first column-last paragraph). Written by Niels C. Pedersen, D.V.M. Ph. D.  IF FIP AND FELV VACCINE IS GIVEN TO THE CAT/KITTEN AT ANY TIME, THE ENTIRE HEALTH GUARANTEE BECOMES NULL AND VOID.

This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It is non-transferable to other parties. If the owner initiates legal action, they will pay all legal expenses of breeder and owner. Failure to abide by the contractual items will render any guarantee null and void. In addition, the kitten/cat may be returned to breeder without refund to the owner.
 

Terms:

The use of terms “cat/kitten” presents the same as the plural cats/kittens, in the case of more than one cat/kitten being purchased under this sales agreement.
